To celebrate the 24 hour launch of our new service @ConciergeEDI, we are offering one lucky Edinburgh resident the chance to have their very own personal concierge service for the day. For 24 hours, the winner will have the hotel’s concierge team at their complete beck and call.
@ConciergeEDI is managed by the team at the Radisson Blu Edinburgh and offers real-time concierge services via Twitter, providing the city’s first hotel Social Media “go to” service for all things Edinburgh, Hotel Services and Meetings and Events. The service aims to respond to all requests within the hour.
The week-long competition, which launches on Twitter via @ConciergeEDI on Monday 10th of November, is open to any Edinburgh resident in need of a treat or pampering. The day will start with breakfast served in the comfort of the winner’s home. As they tuck in, their laundry will be collected and taken for professional dry cleaning. A car will be on hand to take them out for the day, including a lunch, an opportunity to soak up the city’s sites and tourist attractions with Edinburgh city partners Edinburgh Larder, Wedgewood, Cranachan & Crowdie, RR Luxury Travel, Edinburgh Trike Tours, Hotel G&V, Edinburgh Gin and the UK’s no.1 attraction, The Royal Yacht Britannia. Dinner in the evening will follow, with the Concierge on call throughout the day to ensure everything runs smoothly and the winner is not only surprised, but delighted too.
“Being so centrally located, our Concierge team are well versed on the city and its events and attractions. We’re so used to being asked a whole host of questions on all things Edinburgh but felt like we were missing a trick when it came to those not physically in the hotel. @ConciergeEDI provides the ideal platform for guests to get in touch either before they arrive or during their stay, but can also serve as a useful real-time service for other visitors and residents of the city too” says Graeme Gibson, General Manager, Radisson Blu Hotel, Edinburgh.
Entries to the competition can be made via the @ConciergeEDI twitter page. Tweets with competition entry details will be released on Monday the 10th of November and will run throughout the week. The winner will be announced on Monday the 17th of November on the @ConciergeEDI twitter page.
