Cocktail of the Month: Brahbo


If you’re looking for something a little different to drink over the festive period then look no further! We’ve got another cocktail recipe for you from behind the bar at Radisson Blu Edinburgh.



50ml-         Bombay sapphire Gin

25ml-         Lemon Juice

25ml-          Sugar syrup


Take 50ml of gin in a Boston glass add 25ml of lemon juice and 25ml sugar syrup. Shake it well and double strain in chilled whisky glass over ice.

Glass: chilled whisky Glass

Garnish: Lemon or Lime Slice
